Job Pro File set works perfectly in 13 and very slow in 14?

I have a Job Pro setup that started in Version 9. It has had modules added and modified and is now in general use with FileMaker 13.  It works perfectly in FileMaker 13.  In 14,  a specific user has very slow response.  For example in the Contacts module,  clicking on the List view button and then on the Entry (detail view ) button will always produce the spinning ball for several seconds.


When other user logs in,  doing the same thing instantly changes views.   For this user,  opening the contacts module from the Home screen will also produce the spinning ball.


The behavior can also be seen in the other modules.


The user in question is the owner of the company and the biggest user.  We are about to complete a new module,  developed in 14 so need to move all of the users to 14 before moving the new module into production.  This is a critical issue for the company.


If you can take a look at this,  I can provide a full file set with IDs so you can see what is going on.
