I have a button that is conditionally formatted to show a green background. The background does show on the correct condition, but it disappears when I tab onto the button. Is there a way to make it show when the button is tabbed onto? Thanks.
Little more detail would help.
What's the formula/calculation for the conditional formatting. What settings do you have in your inspector for 'In Focus'?
Here you go. Clicking the button runs a script that changes the "reviewedConsent" field to "Reviewed" and should change the button to have a green background. It does turn green, but not when the button is tabbed onto. I've attached images showing this below.
I suggest you do the following—
1. set the button up with the "reviewedConsent" field as its label (you don't seem to be able to use insert merge field to do this, you have to actually type it in as a merge: <<reviewedConsent>>).
2. set the button to toggle the "reviewedConsent" field between Reviewed and Consent.
3. set the conditional formatting of the button to respond to the contents of the reviewedConsent field.
If still need access to the field other than via this script you can always place another instance somewhere that doesn't have CF applied.
