Why doesn't this work: Javascript display in (some) webviewers

The attached file has a layout with 2 webviewers. The first has a sample d3 collapsible tree diagram. It works great.

The second has a similar, modified, two-way tree diagram. This one only renders on some computers. Why?

They both work great on Mac, but Windows it's spotty. It works on some Windows computers but not on others. I've experimented with Windows 7, 8, and 10, but it seems to be random. The default browser or browser settings don't seem to make a difference. With Windows, you can right click on the webviewer and select "View source", which will open the compiled code as a text file. This can be saved as and html file and opened in a browser, and this always works.

The javascript is similar and all contained in text fields in the table.

Please try this on your Windows machine and let me know if you can find the problem.

These javascript libraries can provide a huge tool for data visualization in Filemaker, but it's important to know if there are limitations coming from the FM webviewers.
