As temporary, Uninstall updated version by the uninstaller, and re-install your licensed version!!
Contact FileMaker Support team & solve this issue, why because you are using Latest FileMaker version that 18.104.22.1686
I was running the current version, but apparently I was running a pre-release license code for a beta v14.
Just noticed that it differed from the FMPA license key in my FBA space, reinstalled using the proper license key,
problem solved !
... on a dealine, it scared me...

beta versions do have a deadline - that is correct
