If you have tables Outsourcer 1, Outsourcer 2,... etc then you should reconsider your design.
The entity "Outsourcer" should be its own table with fields for each attribute of an Outsourcer.
A red flag should go off in your head anytime you need to use numbers in a field or table name.

I am considering your suggestion, but its possible to make a report or layout that shows up like this
PRODUCT OS1 DATE OS2 DATE OS3 DATE OSX DATE STORAGE DATE
Their is not much that FM can't do.
My first thought was to leverage the Virtual List technique.
In order to recommend an exact solution to produce the report anyone would need more info about your data, schema and business processes.
