It sounds like you would want to do this in two steps: save the snapshot link out to a file, then send an email with the snapshot link as an attachment.
I am guessing you are trying to just tick the box to create an email from the saved snapshot link, but you would not be able to finish and send the email automatically, unless you break it up as outlined above.
Hope that helps.
Thank you for responding so quickly. I think I have an idea of what your suggesting. But being novice with FM and scripting I just need a little more explanation.
I assume I need to set variable then save it to a local folder then use the "send email" script using the path I used for the variable?

That is right. In your script, define a variable to a valid location of where you want to save the snapshot link. Then use the variable when both saving the snapshot link and also to attach it to an email. For simplicity sake, you can also use the Get functions to get the path to the desktop folder and/or the documents folder as well. For example:
Get (DesktopPath) & "SnapshotLink.fmpsl"
would create the file on the desktop.
You can also add in some error capture to see if the script step completed successfully before sending the email.
