Server Side Scripting Error 100

I know this has been answered a lot, but after looking on all the forums, they didn't resolve my issue.

Running FileMaker Server 13v5 on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.

I am trying to run a script to import a TXT file into DatabaseB.  The script is a Scheduled Task on the server-side.  When the scheduled task is run, it produces a scripting error 100 saying the file is not found, but the file is there.  This script is an exact copy from DatabaseA and does work when executed Server-side scheduled task for DatabaseA, the only that has changed is the filename.

I have triple-checked the file name DatabaseB is using to import and it is correctly spelled.  The file resides in C:\Program Files\FileMaker\FileMaker Server\Data\Documents.

Any suggestions?
