Interactive Services Detection message

Hello All,

Just writing to see if anyone has had a problem with an Interactive Services Detection message popping up on their Windows 7 computer running FileMaker Server 13.  I can still access the served databases but I can't access the Admin Console either locally or from a remote computer.  I also suspect this problem might be causing me to lose connection to the server after about 24 hours, so I am having to restart the computer daily.

Attached is the message I am getting.


Looks like I may need a port(9898) opened up in the corporate Firewall (Symantec).


I just wanted to check and see if this is the question I should be asking my IT department.
