I believe that we handled this offline by having you try another browser, but if this issue is still open, please let me know.
I realize that switching browsers isn't ideal. but it's what I do when I have problems like this. Eventually the problem resolves itself and I can return to Safari.
Note that we are in the process of preparing for a Jive 8 upgrade, and I'm hoping that bug (and others like it) may be resolved in that version.

This happened to me today, as well. Nothing in the Actions drop-down, regardless of location or browser.
I've got a ticket in with Jive about this. The only variable that I can think comes & goes is the content. Maybe periodically someone posts something that causes problems for some reason?
We are working towards an upgrade to Jive 8, and I'm hoping that this will either resolve the problem or else lead to Jive providing us more effective support on this issue.
