Self Join based on any combination of values in a field including ALL

I have a single table (UTILIZATION) containing data about how our customers are using key features in our product.

Using 10 self-join TO's that relate to the parent with globals holding threshold and Yes / No values, I'm able to generate reports involving all records in the table but not a subset based on which version of the product the customer is using. Partial screenshot below.

One field (VERSION) shows the version each customer is using. I could modify the TO relationships to match on a user-selected global but how do I use the same relationships if I want to report on more than one - or  ALL versions - especially since there isn't a version named "ALL."
