Hi

In my FM Pro Adv 14.0.4 database I have at Case calculation in a scrip to get a value for a variable depending a letter in a string:

Case (

$Letter = "A" ; "7103711"  ;

$Letter = "R" ; "15610111" ;

$Letter = "N" ; "11404293" ;

$Letter = "D" ; "11502694" ;

$Letter = "C" ; "10300919" ;

$Letter = "E" ; "12904259" ;

$Letter = "Q" ; "12805858" ;

$Letter = "G" ; "5702146" ;

$Letter = "H" ; "13705891" ;

$Letter = "I" ; "11308406" ;

$Letter = "L" ; "11308406" ;

$Letter = "K" ; "12809496" ;

$Letter = "M" ; "13104049" ;

$Letter = "F" ; "14706841" ;

$Letter = "P" ; "9705276" ;

$Letter = "S" ; "8703203" ;

$Letter = "T" ; "10104768" ;

$Letter = "W" ; "18607931" ;

$Letter = "Y" ; "16306333" ;

$Letter = "V" ; "9906841" ;

0 )

It works for all letters except for V where I get the value 18607931 instead of 9906841. It looks like the calculation can not distinguish between V and W. If I swoop orders I get 9906841 for both V and W. Changing to Char (86) or Char (87) instead of "V" and "W" has no effect. Can this be due to the fact that I am using the Swedish language setting in my client? Any ideas how to get the calculation to work independent of language?
