Nevermind, I see it does say it in the documentation after that.
In that case, the function would return zero.
It may be useful if you're building modular code and you're checking to see if a field has any content that returns a height. Such as a context-free script that exports container content from a layout without declaring a field name.
sorry for the late reply. I have done a test about this: you are right, if the field is not a Container, the function returns 0. But doing my test I learned two things:
- it only works with images - I know the description tells it
- the height returned is that of the image stored, not the size in the container
Looks like one may learn to read at any age !
