but i actually wanted it as i had it.
So i add the device in devices.
Then when i get a customer i goto the customer layout and add the details of that customer and their device with the pass code and serial, if they have 2 devices i then click tab 2 and put in their other device. If they come back another day i pull up the customer record and either delete that device or click tab 3 for their 3rd device.
Stock is so when i have a device in the list and i order in stock i can goto the stock tab and adjust to add new stock or look what i have on hand.

Thanks for the input Bruce, but its completely different to what i was after if you look at both the databases. I do think it was a bit of miscommunication!

Tabs are not necessary i was just trying to make it look pretty.
One main thing i need on each device through is a passkey, and serial which is locked into that device.
