You should move this discussion to Product Issue instead of Community Feedback.
That is if there seems to be a bug.
Otherwise it should just be moved to Discussions. If it cannot be moved, can you repost to the correct space/place?

Thanks for it, but he seems using FMS on Win8.1 (or trying to move to Win10 ?),
so it is not "product issue" since run on unsupported OS...
I'm not sure that he want to connect from Win10 to server running on Win8.1, or build another server on Win10.
Anyway both are not supported officially (but may be able).
