Is there a way to remove the option to "save password in keychain access" when first logging into the system?
I have attached an image of the check box I want to remove when logging in.
Yes, this option was added in FileMaker 14:
File Options > Allow Keychain Access to save password (uncheck the checkbox to prevent this)
This box is already unchecked with full access, however when user with data entry access logs in, the option to save their password still appears.
Are you sure the user is using FileMaker Pro 14?
Thanks for your help, I managed to sort it out, not quite sure what the issue was. user might have logged in with 13.
OK, if you can, I would suggest that you use the "Minimum version to open this file" (see previous screen capture) and set it to 14.
You can also require the file be opened in 14 by selecting it as the "Minimum version allowed to open this file" in that same dialog. Just keep in mind that if you do that, FM Server also needs to be at least 14.
Thanks guys, that's exactly what I did, I'm running everything on 14, so that will help
