AH00957 AH01114: proxy error when exiting WebDirect

I have a WebDirect solution running FMS14v2 on OS X server.  I have it set up to use a different port (8082) which is port forwarded using my router from the normal 443 SSL port.

Works great.

However, when watching /Library/FileMaker Server/HTTPServer/logs/ssl_error.log, I see the following errors, that only happen when the webDirect user logs out:

[Wed Feb 24 07:11:52.030704 2016] [proxy:error] [pid 4528] (61)Connection refused: AH00957: HTTPS: attempt to connect to X.X.X.X:8082 (*) failed

Anyone else see this?  Is this a normal consequence of exiting a WebDirect solution? Possibly complication: I am using the ?homeurl=  parameter as well.
