I created a "purchase request" database to track every items that my company request my approval to buy.
I also created a "purchase line item" database for my "purchase request" database to list every single item per each purchase request form.
However, I don't know what I did wrong, but I was only able to enter one record on the "purchase line item".
Can anyone help me to point out the error/mistake that I made? Below pictures are the relationship and fields that I created.

This is the purchase request browse view, but for some reason it doesn't allow me to add more than 1 items.
