    Reset Password on Web Direct


      If I reset the account password for a user who accesses a solution via web direct, and tick the box to ensure that they need to specify a new password next time they log in, then when they log in via web direct, they get a dialog stating that the password has expired, but no option to enter a new one. Not particularly helpful. Am I missing a step here?
