keep in mind that export from a parent (and including children records) will give you results you may not like. Find any 2-3 records and export as '.csv' and look at the result in any text editor. You will have blank data for the parent in some of the rows.
if, however, you go to the related records and export, you can get the parent information on every row.
if, you have more than one portal (different relationships) and export, it can really get odd!
