Hello, I am fairly new to FM and am having an issue with getting multiple fields from 3 tables to populate into one portal. Attached is a SS of my Table 1 Layout. I created a Joined table, but cannot figure out how to integrate all Reason fields and all List fields into two portal fields (IDReason; IDList) for reporting.. It's possible that I have the entire layout setup incorrectly? What I'm trying to achieve, is have the users input a reason for the re-order of a product, and a department name next to the reason in a popup menu. The same Value List is used for all 10 slist fields (I think that was setup incorrect). I want to be able to use the find in a report to look for all items where Sales etc. is listed as the department. I'm sure it's something simple that I'm missing, but I cannot figure this out! Any help is appreciated!
