          Thank you for your post.

Do you import other field types into the Container field?  Is the Container field formatted for Interactive content?  Is the PDF file being inserted into the Container field by Insert File?  Insert PDF?  Drag-and-drop?

Since this is only occurring for one customer (and possibly one machine), have the customer create a new user account, login to the new user account, launch FileMaker Pro, open the file and try inserting into the Container field again.  If this works, then there is something specific to the original user account.  On the other hand, if this fails, the answers to the questions asked in the first paragraph will be important.

            Hello TSGal,

            1. PDF is the only file type.

            2. Container is formatted for Interactive Content.

            3. Container is being inserted from Drag-and-drop and Insert File. Both cause the crash.

Also of note... There are 30 people using this without issue... There is only one user in this organization using this DB that is having this issue. This user is not a new user, and hasnt had an issue for over 2 years...

We will recreate the user account and let you know the results.

            Thank you!
