Setup:

Was FileMaker server V11  (Hosted on Windows server 2007)

Is now: FileMaker server V14 (Hosted on Windows server 2012)

 

 

Successfully converted 8 of nine databases in which all works as previously in V11.  In the 9th database/app, which appeared to convert successfully at first, I'm prevented from adding changing or anything at all. I've tried messing with the file attributes/properties in Windows to no avail.  FileMaker Server and FileMaker Pro Advanced don't allow me to do anything to the file.  Error message in all cases as below:
