The Dallas Chapter of the FileMaker Pro Users Group will be holding a BEGINNERS FileMaker presentation on March 22nd. We have started doing these beginner meetings once every few months at the Apple Knox store in Dallas, from 11am to 1pm, and it is targeting those who are new to FileMaker or even trying to decide if FileMaker is the right tool for them. It even includes a free lunch! If you want to come, please let Kelly Wellborn know at the Apple Knox store so that she buys enough lunches. Her email is: firstname.lastname@example.org
This beginner's presentation will be taught by William "Will" Porter. Will is a regular contributor to our normal monthly developer's meeting for advanced users too. But Will is very good at helping make things simple for people to understand at a lay level. He's a past university professor and has authored the major release reviews for MacWorld magazine. It will be both fun and a privilege to have him teaching the beginners class this month.
Don't forget we have our regular monthly FMPUG developer's meeting on the first Friday of the month for the more advanced users and developers!
