I don't understand. If the export is from a customer table why hasn't it got "Name Address" etc?
XML with XSLT would work.

create a separate field for the export, ie TheLine (text), fill that field with the necessary data (your fields) by a script (or whatever), add ',' as needed - then export that field (TheLine).
we do that SAGE export like this for years
Just to clarify: That would not contain the headers (if needed) as one field is simulating several 'blank columns'. It works if your export is consistent and the receiving system likes the order and does not need the column headers.

yes - we get the header by sorting the records (header has '0', records have '1') - and if the export script detects no header, it will recreate it
(we do the export from a separate table)
