Having built a small solution to replace a paper process for employees purchasing products from a retail store,
i.e. Discount Log, with a reprint receipt.
This process produces considerable sheets of paper and is stored in a large binder due to the size of the store, the binder is never in the same location. Here is the question?
For auditing purposes in case a report needs to be printed and reviewed, how do i handle the following, Employee purchases a product from store and gets a discount. Some information is captured about the transaction including a photo of the original receipt. With one record I can produce a report for print with the photo of the receipt.
The container with the photo is placed in the trailing sub-summary part of the report with page break, the reason for this is to print on a separate page and have the photo large enough to be readable. For an employee with multiple purchases I can only print one photo for the record that is selected not all that are shown in the report?
