Set Variable [ $filepath ; Value: "file:" & Get ( DocumentsPath ) & "test.pdf"
Save Records as PDF [ Restore ; No dialog ; "$filepath" ; Current record ]
Send Mail [ Send via E-mail client ; No dialog ; To: <email address field> ; attachment = "$filepath" ]
In essence, we first set up a variable that will capture the filename and file path. For this example, "test.pdf" is the example file. You can name this anything you want, or include the file name in a field. Then, export the layout with the current record to test.pdf. Finally, send a mail to the email address contained in a field, and attach "test.pdf".
