On my computer the Print PDF script works fine but when I send to my client he is getting the error message below. Any clues as what may be going wrong?

So client reinstalled but still has the same error message. Seems a bit of mystery.
There might be something in the script, so can you post a screen shot of the script.? Did they do a clean reinstall? Remove Filemaker then reinstalled. It usually better to remove the offending version first.
I have added the script below. I asked my client to try a different computer and he said its working on his other computer so I guess there must be a conflict somewhere. Not sure what I can tell him because the file itself is obviously fine.
A clean Install would be my first recommendation . Sometime a file can get corrupt and if you just reinstall the file is not over written so you get the same error. Remove FM first then reinstall. The script deals with a printer so, I assume this user can print from other software. Print Driver may need to be reinstalled.
Thank you. He said it did completely remove all the files and do a new install. My only guess is that its getting corrupted for some reason during each install process. Its a mystery.
FMI has a script step to generate PDFs and it is SaveAsPDF. I assume you are using a PDF print driver from your screen shot above. I would recommend, reinstalling the print driver, then you want to make sure the Print Setup script step is the same on the non working machine as it is on the working machine.
