So I got a request to stop our Call Control team from entering all kinds of formatting when they are creating a new job for a customer. Currently they copy/paste from multiple sources and we get everything from different fonts and sizes to background Colour and god knows what else.
I read the documentation from FM and it appears that there is no simple solution to just allow one font, one size with nothing else unless you use an auto-calculation on every field. Is there a better way to do this than the documentation states?
My only other option is to use a script to format the fields on a tab change but that also seems needlessly complicated for something that I would have thought would be a default option for fields.
