One of my employees decided that upgrading to windows 10 on one of our workstations would be a good idea - turns out, not so much.
We use that system to generate labels for our files, which are no longer formatted correctly when printed. They look fine on screen, but when I print them out the fonts are all substituted for generic fonts, resulting in a lot of "?" in fields.
Anyone know how to help me solve this? It's a pretty important part of our infrastructure.
Thanks in advance.
What font are you having issue with? You may need to reinstall the font. There is a setting in windows 10 to save space on your computer and someone may have turn on that feature. Control Panel , Appearance and Personalization, Fonts, Font Settings.
