First off, nice process map.
I think you probably need to hire a consultant for this. You can search FileMaker's "find a developer" area, or you can use online services like eLance or guru.com. If you have a specific question about the implementation, we can probably help here, but this isn't something the community can do in a comment thread.
Fair play - you have a point: It's unreasonable to ask so much of the community here.
I have a small business which is just starting out and simply don't have much of a budget. Having said that, I did post it on guru.com to see what kind of response I get. I will take a look at th e"find a developer" area here too.
I think I can do some of it at least and will work on it and break it down into smaller pieces that the community can help with.
You could also try PeoplePerHour, but the fact you "don't have much of a budget" isn't going to help you get much assistance from developers trying to make a living from this stuff....
Yeah that's why I'm going to do it myself - hopefully with some help from this community.

You're on the right track with that process diagram anyway. I'd suggest you give it a go and post any specific issues here, where you'll find everyone is happy to help - they've saved my skin a number of times!
