This forum has been quite helpful in the past, I hope someone can help me with my current issue. I have created a solution to track attendees to an annual conference. There is a portal that has tabs for attendees, notes, and financials. The attendees tab captures information such as first name, last name address, city, state, zip, phone, email, and year. I would like to add a status tab to the portal to capture whether or not attendees completed their morning and afternoon classes. If possible, I would like to first name and last name to be pre-populated based on the data that was inputted under the attendees tab so the end user would not have to type the same data twice. The rest of the status tab would be an indicator of completion status for the morning class and an indicator of completion status for the afternoon class. I've got that part. I just need to know if there is a way to pre-populate the names.
