Get the current object repetition for conditional formatting or hide

I have created a layout with repetitions all over it.

The field object on the layout just shows 1 repetition, e.g. show repetition 21 of 21

Is it possible to get that repetition number and use it in the the "Hide object when", "Conditional Formatting" or script parameter calculation box?

E.g. I have a "hide object when" calculation that is:

IsEmpty ( GetRepetition ( Table::Field; 16) )

but I want that to be something like

IsEmpty ( GetRepetition ( Table::Field; self repetition ) )

That way I don't have to copy/paste the hide function 288 times on this layout...

I know that it sounds like a bad layout design to have this many repeating fields on a layout like this but I'm recreating a physical representation of something and it works well in this case to use lots of repeating fields, apart from setting the conditional formatting and hide object when.
