You could try using "Open URL" using a mailto:// URL.
You could also try using "Send Event" to open outlook prior to your send email step.
Lastly, you could switch to SMTP to avoid outlook all together (this is preferred in most cases where user interaction with the email is NOT desired).
First of all I am sorry for your reply response.
I am very much thankful for your various opinion. I have tried for your last opinion via SMTP . I have tried by SMTP.Gmail. com configuration but unable to send mail. So it is easiest to send mail by email client. I have set open URL mailto://URL in my send email script. It open outlook but I have two accounts in outlook one is hotmail and another is Gmail. Now from here t have to select Gmail for sending options. How can I get Gmail account URL in outlook so it send directly send mail instead of after choosing account option.
Without showing us your email address and password, can you post the settings you are using for Gmail SMTP (in FileMaker) with a screen shot? Gmail is a little picky.
For gmail SMTP, it's recommended that you setup an application specific password. Here is google's page explaining the what, why and how.
You can NOT specify which outlook account is selected as part of a mailto URL, that needs to be done manually in outlook. It will always select the default account when opening a mailto URL.
Any help how to send email with above smtp settings. I have to only send email not receiving.
SMTP = simple mail transfer protocol
in FileMaker this can only SEND.
If you wish to receive, you'll need a plug-in. There are several recommendations on this forum. Search for 'email plugin'.

See the above link I posted about setting up an SMTP relay for gmail. It's a feature designed specifically for people to allow accounts to send from autonomous applications, and it's what I use for every filemaker gmail smtp setup I have ever created.
