I would like to install my Filemaker Pro 4.1 on Windows 10, but the installer won't run.
Any suggestions, other than purchasing a newer version of FileMaker Pro?
Buy a $100 used WInXP or Win7 computer?
If you are the single user, find someone to convert the database into a runtime in FM11 or FM12.
I strongly advise you to move up to a current version. The .fp3 format is well beyond support, and version 11 is the last version available that can convert it. 11 went out of support in September of last year, and it's going to be difficult or impossible to convert your files to a current version if you wait much longer.
What is the concern about upgrading? Cost?

Or if you have an existing old computer; use VMware to make it a virtual one that you can run on your Win10... I keep one of those around to run the old software on.
Thank you for the suggestions.
I don't use FMP much, if any, these days, so it's not worth going to special effort in case I do need it at some point.
I'll do without.
