What action(s) were you taking at the time of the crash? It's difficult to diagnose without any reference.
Since this shouldn't occur, with the assumption that a file may be damaged, uninstall FileMaker Pro, delete the FileMaker folder, and install FileMaker Pro. This will write all new files to your computer including the ViewSystem.dll file (where the error was reported).
Thanks for your response, I'm sorry can't provide what action to reference, because we use ipad to run FM go, user just told me the connection error 802(Unable to open file), but this is not the root cause, just because the server(Pro) application run failure. I will follow your suggestion to do, then monitor a period, thanks.
