Hi, why I got an empty file whit save/send to excel and no problem to pdf?
is this manual or scripted? if scripted, can you post a screenshot of the script?

What do you see in the dialog?
I have only the choice of in use or active and named the file.
in pdf the result is perfect as you can see
I don't know what "in use" or "active" means.
When you are on a layout with a found set of (or all) records and then select the menu: File, Save/Send Records as..., Excel
what do you see in the dialog after that?
does it work in your system?
just try it you will see the same dialog box then me, there're only 2 options but none works for me
I get a dialog asking where to save the file and asking if I want to use Current Record or Records being browsed.
Of course I tested.
What version of FileMaker are you using? Is there some reason you cannot post a screen shot?
I made a bug rapport to Filemaker, Tanks a lot.
Make sure you include information, such as OS and FileMaker versions and all steps taken up to the error you may have. TS may have reports on this that I don't have. Excellent decision!
Makes a test with a report with summary, you will have the same bog.
