None of our clients are able to connect to FM Server using Web Direct. I tried both Safari and Chrome and get this message:
Probably would be helpful to know what version of FileMaker Server you are using.
In addition, there is already a thread on what appears to be a similar issue here...
The server is running FileMaker Server 13 on Windows. Most clients connect with MAC running FileMaker 13.0v5.

If it was working before and it's now not working, "fmsadmin restart wpe" is a good command line to remember for restarting the web publishing engine.
If it was never working, then we will need more info about your setup to suggest and help you.
I would highly suggest an upgrade to FMS14, WebDirect got a 25% speed bump with the 14 update and there have been at least a half dozen update/maintenance releases to improve compatibility and performance.
Your users can continue to use FMP13 to connect to an FMS14 server.
Or, since it's out now, upgrading to FMS15.
It was working before (for last 6 months). It just stopped today.
Run the command I gave you through cmd.exe and see if that fixes it.
