Enable an FMP10 database for iPad Pro

I use FMP10, which does everything I need and I don't want to upgrade.

I'm now thinking of buying my first iPad - the small Pro. I have been told that FileMaker Go (even 13 which is soon to disappear) will only work with FMP12 or later, due to a different file format.

Is there any way - e.g. by exporting FMP10 databases as Excel and reading them into Numbers on the iPad - that I can read my databases on the iPad?

Or, is there a way I can get FM Go 10 from somewhere, and if so, would the latest iOS be able to run it?
