Why do you want to trial 14 when 15 is the current version?
Are you sure you used the 64 bit installer? v14 had different installers, but v15 is 64-bit only.
- Place your folders FM root and run the setup from your User Administrator .
- Check the version of your OS if you are in Windows environment are supported only W7 SP1 to W10.
To my I spend the same and so was solved
Thank you for your post!
You might want to verify System Requirements for FileMaker Pro 14 and FileMaker Pro 14 Advanced.
mikebeargie also has a good point towards using the FileMaker Pro 15 Trial. In this case you might see System Requirements for FileMaker Pro 15 and FileMaker Pro 15 Advanced
gabo57 gave some good advice on resolving installation issues. I always recommend running the installer from the root of the C: Drive with a Local Admin User when running into problems with installation or launch. Otherwise, you may be looking at third-party conflict.
I hope this helps!
