I am not able to print more than one record at a time. I select "records being browsed" but still only one record prints. Can anyone help?
Is your found set of records, only 1 record? If yes, you need to find the records you want and then print Records Being browsed.
No. I have tried all the obvious things.
Are you printing from a script? If yes, are you showing the dialog boxes? What happens if you use the Print Command under File? What happens if you save to PDF instead of print?
Using a swedish version of FileMaker I cant 100% verify the option you have chosen. But it looks to me as you have chosen the second alternative. You should have chosen the first alternative, that says something like "all records".
If that's not it, check which pages and how many pages are being printed. You should be printing "all pages" as well.
With best regards Magnus Fransson.
What versin of FileMaker are You running? What OS?
-> there are problems like this, ie with FM10 and newer OSX
I am using OS X v. 10.9.5 on a MacBook Pro (2011)
I'm using Filemaker Pro vs 9 advanced
It might be helpful if you can show a screen shot of the print script and a screen shot of the print dialog box. Also can you confirm that you have the pages range set to All instead of 1 to 1.
so, this is a known issue on some sytem versions. I have no more FM9 installed, but on customer sutes, we noticed that behavior with FM10 and 10.9.x
Scripts should run without that issue
