It looks like you are setting the wrong value in line 9. All of the go to field steps are not necessary. Not sure why you are doing a go to related records followed immediately by a quick find.
Thanks friend for your reply.
Yet I have already made correction of line 9. Secondly I am using quick find for searching the match item name for putting other two field records in another portal. Is there any easy path to do so.
Step 3 looks wrong. You are setting data from the last portal row, not the active portal row. In your post you said you wanted to copy from the active portal row. How are you getting to the last portal row in your destination portal?
Pay attention to quickfind, make sure it's only enabled on one field (watch merge fields, too, because they might get quickfinded..).
best thing is to do a "select all" on the layout , turn quickfind off in the inspector, then just select that one field subject to quickfind and enable QF for it alone.
Also remember that unsuccessful QF does not translate into a FoundCount of 0.
Thanks for your reply,
Yes in step no 3 active portal row is last row being I am making invoice by add item lines. putting values in field will be always last row and from that active or last row field contents records I have to transfer in another portal . First of all it search the match item name record in and put values in search item name portal fields (Another portal name as Product Inventory Details--- Sale transaction portal ) . I am attaching two shots regarding this
