is it possible to setup Filemaker to send a email with certain Data that is entered in the Record.
For Example I have a work order with following information
Customer Name and Email
Employee Name and Email
Description and Time of the request
I like to create a Button when the worker is completed it will use the Customer email in the record as the "To" and the email that is entered in the Employee as the "From".
Plus enter the data from the Description and Time fields with a customs text:
Mr. "Customer Name Field"
your work order has been completed and ready for pickup.
If possible how would this process be setup?
We are using Filemaker Pro 13 and Filemaker Server 13
