How Do I Make Sure That An Invoice That I Set Up Pulls All Proper Information From A Database?

I am setting up an invoice system for a friend of mine; she is a psychologist and needs a great way to have a database where she can easily create an invoice and send via email, except she needs it to have a few extra fields on it such as “covered by insurance’ etc.


I took the template File Maker provides and then edited the layout to include all of the fields needed, and it is pulling everything from the “Services” and a database we created and doing the calculations correctly in the browse mode, but when I click the button to send the invoice as an email it opens it into the email as a PDF with all of the things I added missing.


I am not sure if there is a feature I have to change to include new entries I made in the lay out or how it works?
