How to return a count based on number of records where two different number fields are not equal?

I'm trying to create a field that would live in a sub-summary part that would provide a count of records where the numeric values in two different fields are unequal.

The records are of Services (layout is based on Services table), and for each record there is a Trainer field, and an Service Recipient Organization Name field. There is a field for Time Zone of the Organization (calculation based on Org State, as in CA, NV, etc.). There is also a field for Trainer Time Zone, based on the default address of the trainer, again calculated by related table Address::State). I want the new field to show a count of the number of records in the sub-summary set when sorted by Trainer in which the two Time Zone fields are not the same (to show the number of times the Trainer traveled outside their home time zone to perform the service).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
