Hello everyone,

My clients are copying data from a specific website regarding our customers key financial information.

The thing is, the data the clients are copying looks good on the website, but as soon as they try copy and paste it into the desired field, the formatting goes all bananas and starts throwing numbers etc. around.

Take a look at the attached image, it should look like that, although when copying it first, more resembles this: (Be aware, it's danish)

ÅR 2014 2013 2012 2011 2010

Omsætning 8.018 (1.000 kr.)

Bruttofortjeneste 1.737 1.600 1.822 -124 1.854 (1.000 kr.)

Resultat før skat 897 699 453 -1.737 -1.051 (1.000 kr.)

Årets resultat 897 699 453 -1.737 -1.051 (1.000 kr.)

Egenkapital -5.560 -6.456 -7.156 -7.610 -5.872 (1.000 kr.)

Balance 1.505 1.744 2.013 1.776 4.330 (1.000 kr.)

Dækningsgrad 23,12 (%)

Overskudsgrad -1,41 (%)

Antal ansatte 2 3 3 3

Kreditvurdering

C14 C14 C14 C14

Regnskabsafslutning 31-12-2014 31-12-2013 31-12-2012 31-12-2011 31-12-2010

Now, is it possible to make a field set the proper formatting and place the text under each other like rows with a (custom)function, so it would look like the attached image?

It would be nice and time saving for the clients just to enter data, and 'whoosh', a function would format the text instead of them sitting and pressing Space/Enter etc. (you all know the drill...)

Best regards

CR
