All scripts or some scripts? Can you post an example of a script that is not working?
Is the file hosted or actually on the iPad?
This is a script that loads on the start of the database
It gets the user to select the site they are at and then displays the what
things were updated. This script works only some of the time.
What part of the script doesn't work?
The whole script at times
Sometimes the only part not working is the first section about the site
FileMaker Go does have some memory management problems that can cause problems with scripts. Usually the problem occurs when the script has to create some kind of file. Restarting seems to be the only fix. This problem was more prevalent in FMGO 12/13.
I've also found that sometimes a brief pause needs to be strategically inserted into a script to get it to run properly in FMGO.
Do you have any scripts that use the temp folder? The temp folder will only clear out if all files are closed and FMGO or the iDevice are restarted. I think this is a potential source of problems.
Since FMGO does not have a script debugger here is the approach I would take to trouble shoot this issue. Duplicate the script. Insert in a series of Show Custom Dialog steps in the script. Show relevant errors, variables, fields and the script step location in the dialog. This will allow you to step thru the script. If the original script doesn't run properly, run the duplicate script to trouble shoot. Btw, if you can step thru the script without a problem, this might indicate that a brief pause could solve the issue.
You might also try reinstalling FMGO. If you do this you will lose any files installed so make sure you back up any files you want to keep.

'new window' s not fully compatible with Go
New window will work but specifying a size will not work. All windows in FMGO are full size. New window is helpful to use when creating a PDF because the PDF will take the name of window for the file name.

use FMGo 15 to benefit from its great performance improvements which also grants more reliability with "critical" scripts.
use a IF condition with your script to deal iOS devices differently
IF ( Get(Systemplattform) = 3 )
#we're with FMGo
#this is Mac OR PC
