Dear all,

I was finaly able to make a calculation in a script that generates the SQL string.

I polished it so that I could make it part of a Loop.

But I run the script and does not work

But if I copy the value, and paste it in the command it works.

Do not know what is happening....

the calculated string (one of it):

"INSERT INTO UL_Log(DataID, EditTS, EditDate, EditTime, Account, EditedField, PreviousValue, NewValue)VALUES ('',TIMESTAMP'-- ',DATE'--',TIME'','','','','')" ; "" ; "" ; ""

but if defined in a variable:

SQL = String

Be_FileMakerSQL(SQL)

Does not work

But with copy/paste:

Be_FileMakerSQL("INSERT INTO UL_Log(DataID, EditTS, EditDate, EditTime, Account, EditedField, PreviousValue, NewValue)VALUES ('',TIMESTAMP'-- ',DATE'--',TIME'','','','','')" ; "" ; "" ; "")

Works Flawlessly.

Any Idea?

Best,

Daniel
