It is network error between client and server.
I saw it client resumed after sleeping, or client change the its IP address while connecting.
Thanks for the reply. She assured me that the computer did not enter sleep mode. She is using Chrome 51.0 and webdirect is version 13.
She has deleted her browsing history, cookies, passwords and still no luck. She is only 1 of 2 people that just can't seem to connect.
Is the user connect by hotspot or wifi? If so, make sure the user has strong connection to the hotspot or the wireless router. Bad network equipment such as bad router or switch can cause drops.
