whats the error?
your script does not contain any server incompatible script steps so thats not the issue.
ill bet its a 401 error that gets thrown after a find that creates a 0 count found set
Is enter find mode without pause?
If strategically add error capture i.e set variable ( $error ; get last error ) and you step through the script with the debugger on and watch the contents of $error in the data viewer youll see where the error gets thrown and can debug
yes there is no pause
i would focus on the set field script steps first then check the insert url then the go to object with the error checking.
Are there any script triggers that are causing other scripts to fire? Server will try to execute them too.
You can always post the file for us to look at
Yes on the customer layout, there is an ontimer script that runs . Its purpose is if there is no activity for 5 mins it logs you off the layout and back to dashboard. Thats probably whats causing it.
install on timer is not supported for run on server.
You'll have to figure out a way to disable the call when run on server.
its not hard
I got the script working now but now im getting error 102. I dont see any fields missing tho.
Step through the script with the debugger and see which set field call is throwing the error.
I recommend changing the name of field Customers::Cell # to something without the #.
Using non alphabetic or numerics, other than underscore, in field names can cause problems.
You might also want to substitute spaces in field names with underscore _ because spaces make it difficult to write ExecuteSQL() calls
Curiously what do the first two go to object calls do?
