Insert > PDF greyed out
Edit > Preferences > Plugins is empty
PDF is not picture on Windows.
Wklight, dId you install Reader DC, (not Acrobat DC) ?
Is the container field set to optimise for images or optimise for interactive content? If the former, Insert > PDF will be greyed out, but you would still be able to insert a pdf by using Insert > Picture.
Check the preferences in Acrobat Internet tab and see if it set to read in internet browsers.
We've found this setting up accounts on our Citrix and RemoteApp servers. The problem mostly appears if you haven't first launched Adobe Reader. Try launching Reader in the account you're using, quit and then launch and check FileMaker again.
